Grace is the Research and Communications Coordinator at TEND. She supports TEND’s Roadmap to Organizational Health Program through various data collection, analysis, and synthesis activities, while also crafting and communicating TEND content to connect our products and services with the people and organizations who need them most.
Grace holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and Sociology. She brings skills in program evaluation, community-based research, and personal experience working in a trauma-exposed workplace. She is trained in Gender-Based Analysis Plus, Mental Health First Aid, and Indigenous Cultural Safety and Anti-Racism through the San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Anti-Racism Learning Program.
