Lucy brings over 25 years of experience in all things Internet to the TEND Team. With a master’s degree in science, Lucy has particular expertise in human-computer interaction, usability, and user testing protocols, as well as in analytic and strategic thinking.
Lucy applies these skills in many ways including managing email and platform access, maintaining the TEND websites for the best performance and function and managing the flow of information from online forms through to all of the supporting platforms used to bring TEND training to you. We love automation and helping to make your experience as pleasant and efficient as possible.
Known as ‘the fixer’, Lucy is happy to help you directly with any access issues that arise for the TEND websites.
