In March 2020, many of us traded our office desks for kitchen tables, our conference spaces for living room sofas, and learned more about Zoom than we ever wanted to know. For others, we hunkered down in the trenches of the frontline, facing redeployments and ever-shifting policies and procedures.

As the pandemic recedes, our personal and professional lives have been irrevocably transformed and we have now reached a new milestone. How do we process the grief and loss of the past 400+ days? How do we return to “normal” after being an unwitting participant to a global crisis?

In this webinar, participants will create a personal action plan as a guidepost to navigating the transitions of Fall 2021.

  • Pausing & Taking Stock: Where are you now?
  • Looking Back: Acknowledging & processing resentment and anger
  • Managing transitions
  • Advocating for your needs in the face of “let’s rock and roll” attitudes
  • Protecting your mental health during the fourth wave
  • Setting boundaries and navigating workplace guilt/pressure
  • Moving Forward: Creating an action plan for the Fall

Plus, participants will explore a key tool from the Resilience, Balance and Meaning workbook.
