Great leadership for 21st. Century

This training gives a stark contrast to "old leaderhip" styles that do not fit for the world we live in today. I hope everyone embraces the leadership style described in this training for the benefit of their employees and organization. I have always embraced this style of leadership so the training was reaffirming.
