Welcome to  “Resilience in Trauma-Exposed Work” with Dr. Patricia Fisher!

This online course will provide a solid framework for understanding the mechanisms of stress and resilience within trauma-exposed environments. Dr. Fisher will introduce practical, best-practices approaches to increasing resilience and enhancing individual wellness and organizational health.

To get started, please read the following instructions carefully.

The course is broken into “lessons” that include short webinars. As you complete the webinar, press “Mark Complete” to move on to the next lesson.

Step 1: Please download the e-version of the Participant’s Booklet. As you listen and watch the webinar, Dr. Fisher will invite you to take notes, fill out exercises and follow along. Please ensure you “Save As” to save your booklet to your personal computer. 

Step 2: Please download the fillable course e-Book, Resilience, Balance, Meaning. The password to access the workbook is Spring2017. As you listen and watch the webinar, Dr. Fisher will invite you to take notes, reference sections and fill out exercises. Please ensure you “Save As” to save your workbook to your personal computer.

You may wish to take a moment and familiarize yourself with the course materials.

Step 3: It’s time to press play! You may stop and start the webinar videos at any time. Remember, when you have finished watching the webinar, you have completed the lesson. “Mark Complete” at the bottom of the page to move on.
