Take care of yourself to be present for others!

This course allowed for self-reflection, practice and tools to not only use for yourself, but in preparation for working with others. Wealth of resources delivered in a calming tone and judgment free zone.

Practical Strategies for Stress Management

I really enjoyed the presenters calm voice and how the strategies were shared. I felt I have a better understanding of how to manage stress and notice it.

User friendliness could be improved

This course has amazing content and lots of useful tips but following the videos is quite long and disinteresting. More interactivity would really benefit a course of that length (pop quiz, animations, etc)

Great course content!

It is important to take care of yourself in order to take care of others.

The terms were explained in ways that were easy to understand. Practicing the techniques was beneficial.
