Intro
Heavy workloads, intricate problems, and dwindling resources – these are on-going challenges facing our teams today. These challenges are amplified in the presence of emotional exhaustion and depletion. A recent global study found that 1 in 4 employees experience symptoms indicative of burnout. How do we help our teams retain the ability to think clearly and stay well in the face of these complex realities?
This session provides strategies to manage and mitigate burnout and the chronic “wear and tear” of working in a helping profession Participants will learn contributing factors to burnout and evidence-informed tools to stay focused and clear-headed.
