Our programs focus on supporting the development of effective leadership and management practices. Our live training takes into consideration the highly complex and specialized challenges of supervising staff who work within high stress workplaces.
We support staff
Our live training also provides resources that support all members of trauma-exposed teams. These resources provide the stage for a longer-term strategic response to workplace wellness and organizational health. We can also provide targeted interventions and support for specific groups who may be struggling with a current workplace challenge.
TEND programs focus on fostering a collaborative approach among staff and management. This style of training has been demonstrated to lead to improved outcomes with the individuals that we serve, lowered attrition rates, and increased collaboration among teams.
