The ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH ROADMAP provides a guided 10-module program that supports your leaders and managers as you develop a practical and sustainable action plan to meet the specific need and circumstances of your team.
We know that trauma-exposed work creates a unique climate with increased risk for serious stress burnout and can lead to a risk in sick time, low morale, lack of team cohesion and high turnover. These consequences can, in turn, seriously limit a team’s ability to work effectively and efficiently. Managers and supervisors in your team who have taken our leadership training Organizational Health in Trauma-Exposed Work understand the essential role they play in mitigating the effects of stress and increasing the resilience of their staff. This program guides you as you take the next steps in implementing a comprehensive Organizational Health Plan.
While trauma-exposed organizations share a range of specific risks and resiliency factors, the Organizational Health Roadmap program recognizes that each workplace experiences a unique profile. You are the experts in your own workplaces – and the Roadmap is designed to guide you as you assess your unique resiliency and risk profile, and then build a custom set of practical solutions and implementation plans to fit your specific circumstances.
This program is designed for teams working in high stress, trauma-exposed environments such as healthcare, social and human services, emergency response, the criminal justice sector, education, child welfare, community mental health, non-profit organizations and related services.
Each of the 10 modules is designed to take 1-2 hours, and you can flexibly schedule your meetings to either complete sequential modules individually, or to schedule a half-day or full-day meeting to move through several modules at one time.
This 10-module web-based program includes:
• Video units introducing and facilitating each module
• A comprehensive web-based 10-unit guidebook including all the resources, evaluations, activities, and action-planning tools for each module. Provided as a user-friendly fillable PDF document, the guide is also used to record the outcomes of Implementation Team meetings and decisions.
• 3 hours of consultation time with the program author scheduled to best fit your needs.
