This introductory workshop will define stress, burnout and compassion fatigue, and demystify the natural consequences of working in high-stress and trauma-exposed environments. Participants will learn how to identify their warning signs, predictable pitfalls and proven strategies to cope with the effects of a stressful job and life. Most importantly, you will leave equipped with access to dozens of resources to further address your unique needs.

What does the Workplace Wellness Workshop cost?
Early bird rate: Register on or before December 21st 2018 and get 15% off registration fee!
Early bird rate: $125.00 + HST = $141.25
Regular rate: $150.00 + HST = $169.50
(this fee includes coffee, tea and snacks).
We also offer a 20% group rate for 6+ registrants from the same organization.

Although we do our best to avoid cancelling events, we reserve the right to cancel courses should the number of registrations be insufficient. We are not responsible for any travel/hotel costs that may be affected by the cancellation of a course. We normally aim to notify participants 15 days prior to the event, should we need to cancel it.
A colleague may attend in your place. Simply email us with the name of the person who will be attending in your place.
Cancellation 14 days or more before the event
If you notify us 14 days or more before the event, we will issue you a refund minus a $20.00 administration fee.
Cancellation fewer than 14 days before the event
If you notify us 14 days or fewer before the event, we will issue you a refund minus a $50.00 administration fee.
