Thank you for your interest in the TEND Trauma-Informed Practice Program.

This program equips participants with the knowledge and tools to implement trauma-informed practices across their organizations. You’ll gain a practical framework for designing and delivering services that recognize and respond to the impact of trauma.

Is this program right for me?

Please review the following statements to see if they align with your role and responsibilities:

• I have the authority or influence to support the implementation of trauma-informed practices in my workplace. In this program, you will learn strategies for embedding trauma-informed approaches at both the individual and organizational level. Therefore, this program is best suited to those who can influence policies, practices, or culture within their organization.
• I work for an agency that provides services to individuals impacted by trauma. In this program, you will learn how trauma can affect a person’s ability to engage with services. Therefore, this program is best suited to those who work in or with organizations that provide services to the public (e.g., healthcare, behavioral health, education, social services, animal care, legal services, first responders, etc.).

At this time, you may choose to pay the Full Course Fee or a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 CAD.

If paying the deposit only, the remainder of the course fee is due on or before Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

We reserve the right to cancel this course should the number of registrations be insufficient. We are not responsible for any costs that may be incurred by the cancellation of this course.

In the event that TEND cancels this program, all course fees including deposits will be returned to participants.

• If you choose to cancel your registration on or before Tuesday, September 30, 2025, you will receive a refund of your course fee minus the registration deposit of $500.00 CAD. This deposit can be put towards a future program.
• If you have already received the materials for this course prior to cancelling, you will be responsible for this cost ($250.00 CAD + tax)
• No refunds will be issued on or after Wednesday, October 1, 2025. A colleague may attend in your place.
