ABOUT REGISTRATION

Yes! At TEND, we want to give back to those who already give so much to our communities.

Fill out the form on our registration page (when available). Once you submit this form, you will receive two emails: an invitation to join the Zoom Webinar session on June 21 and an email with details about the conference. If you did not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us – we can help to troubleshoot.

You should also know that there is only one Zoom invite for the full day of sessions. To join a session, simply join the room at the time of the session you would like to attend. Check out the conference agenda for the full list of timings.

Absolutely. There is no limit to how many people from one organization can register for this event.

Simply re-enter your registration details on the CARE4YOU registration page (when available). Don’t worry – you won’t be registered twice. This will prompt our system to resend your unique invite.

Canceling your registration must be done through the Zoom invite that was emailed to you upon registration. Instructions to cancel your registration can be found in this email.

Session recordings will be available to watch free of charge on the TEND Toolkit for one week following the conference. After that, the sessions will only be accessible to paid subscribers. You may purchase access to the Toolkit for $99/year.

ABOUT THE LIVE SESSIONS

As part of the registration process, you should have received a Zoom invite with the subject line: You’re registered for CARE4YOU 2025. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us – we can help. On the day of the event, simply click on the blue Join Event button found in your Zoom Invite email.

CARE4YOU 2025 begins at 9:00 AM ET on June 20, 2026. Note that the conference runs on Eastern Time. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

No. You will not be seen or heard as a participant. We will be using Zoom Webinars to host this event and all participants will join as attendees – this means that Zoom will not have access to your camera or microphone.  

Yes. Some sessions will be followed by a 15 minute Q&A with the presenter(s). Participants will be invited to ask a question in the chat or to submit an anonymous question using the Q&A feature.

Of course. There is only one Zoom invite for the full day of sessions. When you’re ready to jump back in, simply click on the blue Join Event button found in your Zoom Invite email.
