The points in recording that really struck out to me, were the part where someone mentioned, “Are the counselor’s Secondary Trauma trained?”.
All very helpful tips and conversations, but that part really resonated with me, I am in the process of starting a program in my work, for addictions and substance abuse. Great idea to get the counselors in the program these tools to help themselves also.
