We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator at TEND, you will support the delivery of our Roadmap to Organizational Health program. This program is an intensive, multi-month service that supports organizations in improving the health and retention of their staff.

The Roadmap program is delivered by a team of TEND Specialists. As part of our team, you will work closely with our Specialists to ensure the program’s success by coordinating the administrative details. The right candidate for this role must be confident in their ability to manage large-scale projects. We will rely on you to set up, monitor, and coordinate the systems needed to support multiple clients with competing deadlines and complex budgets.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement processes to keep large-scale projects organized and on-track
  • Identify potential issues or conflicts and communicate in a timely fashion
  • Perform billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks
  • Organize program materials and documents for easy access
  • Set up and manage a client tracking database for organizational health clients
  • Set up and support virtual meetings with clients and the TEND Specialists
  • Develop proposals and agreements
  • Liaise with clients to ensure the best possible customer service experience
  • Create sales and client reports
  • Work with the TEND team to develop promotional tools (webpage, brochure-ware, advertising)
  • Provide administrative support to the TEND Specialists

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of and experience working with project management tools (i.e., Trello, Airtable), budgeting and financial management software (i.e., Quickbooks), and virtual meeting platforms (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects within an organization
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A fully functional virtual office space with all the tools needed to work professionally (i.e., computer, webcam, high-speed internet, private space for meetings, etc.)

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working within a “helping profession” sector (healthcare, first response, education, addictions, mental health, municipal systems etc.)
  • Graphic design sensibilities

 

Salary:

$50,000 – $59,000/year
