The terms were explained in ways that were easy to understand. Practicing the techniques was beneficial.

Definitely a valuable webinar! Wish I had this information 30 years ago!

Diana shared several practical, easy to implement strategies, useful for one's personal life and HCP work life to "stay grounded". Really like the diversity of the strategies to pick and choose between, depending on the moment. Loved the simplified neuroscience/physiology lesson and visuals shared about body's response to trauma. Written resource included with course is a great reference. TxU!

It was a great training!

I liked it very much, there are a lot of details and tips to put in practice in the daily basic life to function normal; challenging to myself on stress time or recovering from any trauma.
