Great course content!

Definitely a valuable webinar! Wish I had this information 30 years ago!

Diana shared several practical, easy to implement strategies, useful for one's personal life and HCP work life to "stay grounded". Really like the diversity of the strategies to pick and choose between, depending on the moment. Loved the simplified neuroscience/physiology lesson and visuals shared about body's response to trauma. Written resource included with course is a great reference. TxU!
