Become an advocate for healthier workplaces.
Since 2008, TEND has trained thousands of helping professionals to design, deliver, and champion trauma-informed education within their organization.
Design & Deliver Workshops
Well-trained educators are essential to the health of an organization.
We train you to train others on secondary trauma, empathic strain, and other topics necessary to keep frontline workers, managers, and leadership functioning at their best.

Develop a Trauma-Informed Lens
Our participants understand what makes a high-stress, trauma-exposed workplace unique.
This perspective changes the way they work and is a guidepost for everything from workshop delivery to strategic planning at the leadership level.
